Tam's Taste Test was an event organized to help Tam's Cafe gain exposure within the Evanston community by bringing folks together to try and provide feedback on fifteen new recipes inspired by Evanston summer activities.
Upon entrance, guests were given the option to take a custom clipboard with a worksheet to document feedback regarding the pastries. As a more fun, casual activity, each station also had a custom stamp correlating to the activity that the pastry was inspired by, which guests could "collect" on their page as they explored the various stations.
